Austrian Blind Tape
Used to create the characteristic scalloped bottom edge of the blind. The tape has loops spaced regularly along it for your blind cord to glide through when you pull your blind up and down.
Simply sew lengths of the tape vertically down the blind, thread pulley cord through and tie to the bottom loop. Add as many vertical lengths of tape as you like depending on the number of scallops you require.
