Express Nets has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All orders are transmitted over secure Internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. All of your personal information including your credit card information are stored in encrypted format at all times. More specifically, your credit card information is only used by Express Nets until your transaction is completed - it is never stored on a server or saved in a database, online or off. Additionally, all user information is protected by a multi-layer firewall based security system.
We operate a "if it's in stock it goes out the same day'' policy on all goods that do not require any alterations. We try to stock all of the items listed on our website. However, from time to time some items will go out of stock. If this happens we will contact you ASAP & keep you informed.
All standard nets come from our supplier with a tolerance of 1" or 2.54cm. If you choose to have a tailor made curtain we operate a 0.5" or 1.25cm margin for error as all alterations have to be done by hand. If you choose to have a tailor made curtain at a standard drop, please let us know in the comments box on the payment page..
When you are purchasing an item which is being altered to your specification through the addition of side hems, we aim to provide you with the width as close as is possible, however your net curtains may be upto 10cm narrower to allow for material used to create the perfect side hem.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Visa Electron and Maestro as forms of payment through a secure Cardsave payment gateway.
Personal Cheque - We accept Cheques made payable to Express Nets. To pay by Cheque please send your order & Cheque to us at the below address. The minimum order value for cheques is £10.00. Please note if paying by cheque then you must allow 5 working days for cheque to clear before goods can be dispatched. We only accept Cheques from within the UK.

We understand that sometimes it can be easier to place an order over the phone or if you’d like to talk to a member of our sales team, then you can call us on our sales line anytime between Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm & we will take your order over the phone. Confirmation of orders
After placing an order you will get a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you place an order with Express Nets and don't get a confirmation e-mail please check your "junk" mail folder - as it is an automated service sometimes your provider places it there.

UK Mainland Only: Free Shipping on all orders over £75.00
For orders below £75.00 P&P is £4.95
Within the UK: We offer a recorded signed for service for £6.95
Priority Delivery: Mainland UK £9.95 per parcel / packet (Orders before 1pm will be dispatched on the same working day when items do not require tailoring and are currently in stock, orders after 1pm will be dispatched on the following working day)
Mainland UK: £9.95 per parcel / packet
Scottish Highlands: £14.00 per parcel / packet (in certain areas this is a 2 day service)
*(Goods that require any alteration cannot be delivered next day. If you would like a faster delivery on these types of goods then we can send them out on a next day service as soon as the alteration has been made. In this case your goods will be made priority and we will endeavor to get them dispatched to you ASAP. It typically takes 7 instead of up to 14 working days in this circumstance).
Orders Outside UK
Orders outside the UK (including ROI) will cost more, if you live abroad but would still like to place an order then please contact us preferably by e-mail at email@example.com stating your delivery address and the goods you would like to purchase and we will get back to you ASAP to inform you of the exact postage costs prior to placing your order.
We aim to deliver your order within 7-14 working days, however any goods that require any alterations may take up to a further 7 working days.
These timescales are only guidelines - we always endeavor to deliver your items inside these. Unless you have paid for priority delivery we cannot be held responsible for any delays with postage. If you need your goods urgently please contact us to arrange Priority delivery.
Please note: When goods are sent on our Priority or Recorded delivery service they will need signing for. If you are not in at the time of delivery a calling card will be left for you to arrange another delivery attempt. If after 5 working days you have not claimed your goods they will be returned back to us. If goods are returned back to us we will contact you to let you know. To have them redelivered will be the same as the above prices. We cannot be held responsible if you are not in for delivery or fail to rearrange a delivery date with TNT or the Royal Mail.
Method of delivery
All are items are sent through either Royal Mail or TNT.
We want you to be happy with your order from Express Nets. If you are not 100% happy then please contact us before returning any item. All we ask is that you return the item in the condition it was sent to you in within 14 days of the dispatch date. Certain items are not returnable. These are items that have been cut to size for you or had any alterations made to them. Always double check your measurements and ask if unsure as to which items are non-refundable. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please note: We recommend returning all items to us using a recorded service, as we can not be held responsible for any items which may be lost in the post. We do not refund postage costs. Items that are returned back to us for refunds will be minus postage costs.
We do accept exchanges, simply return the item to us with a covering note explaining what you would like in exchange. Goods must be received back in the same condition they were sent in. Goods cut to size or altered for you cannot be exchanged. Please also note: our tailors will always work to the exact measurements you give us, however we do operate a 0.5" or 1.25cm margin for error as all alterations have to be done by hand.
When returning goods or exchanging them please keep your proof of postage. Items that are damaged or lost in the post we cannot be held responsible for.
Damaged / Defective Goods Replacements
Items are carefully designed and packaged to withstand the rigors of travel, but sometimes damage does occur en route. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt, if it appears damaged or the carrier will not wait while you check its condition, please sign for it as damaged as claims cannot be entertained if the goods are signed for and accepted in good condition. If there is any damage or if any product is defective, contact us within 7 days to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Keep all of the original packing material. Please contact us if this does happen so we can take the matter up with our delivery people.
We can & do send samples of fabrics out. Certain fabric samples are chargeable. These charges are refundable upon completion of you placing an order.
Please note: Free fabric samples are at our discretion.
